Unemployment

Unemployment is defined as the inability to find work, willing and able to work for pay. It is a common problem all over the world rather it is a world wide issue. Even developed countries are suffering from it and a large number of unemployed workers are present even in America, Britain and France. The presence of unemployment is usually judged through the unemployment rate in which the percentage shows the unemployment in labor force. It is rather very difficult to find it quite accurate because no reading or record of employed and unemployed is conducted which can define the exact percentage, it varies almost every day, the professionals conclude this certainly by making predictions.

A common view or reflection can be seen in newspapers and television. On government level some times a debate certainly provides the image of employment and unemployment because the sustainability of any government is based upon the growth in production sector thus it is evident from the employment rate.

Reasons of unemployment are basically depends upon the policies of government officials. In under developed countries land mafia, industrialists and technocrats are the main cause of weak policies for their own benefits, so the rate of unemployment rises and gives way to political unrest. Three type of unemployment can be defined as structural, second is seasonal and third we may call cyclical. Some sort of unemployment varies from skills deficiencies to geographical locations rather employment is keep on changing with the demand restrictions. Lacking of proper infrastructure, management flaws and non availability of check and balance in the system is directly proportional to the unemployment rate. The inflation rate and improper availability of education results in unemployment as it creates the imbalance in workability.
