Life is precious and we must learn to live in a better and healthier way. Usually small things count a lot in our day to day life and we should adopt certain attitudes and habits to move ahead all the way. Such as;
- When we wake up in the morning we should expose ourselves to maximum light and try to feel more alive and fresh by taking bath regularly.
- Do not try to work hard instantly because immune system is at its weakest early in the morning. Try to avoid stress and tensions because stress induces heart attacks and certain complications.
- Take regular exercise and walk everyday, Doctors advice for this because the people who walked each day got 25% fewer colds.
- Try to start most productive jobs early in the morning because well in time started work will result in paying for you.
- Exercise your eye muscles early in the morning and if you are doing computer work just take this exercise after every twenty minutes. Focus on something far away from you for about twenty seconds regularly early in the morning.
- Switch the lights on while working because people who work in bright environments are more productive and if you are working indoor try to move your desk closer to a window.
- Regularly go to gym in the evenings because exercising after work will help to protect the health by making you more fit.
- Taking chew gum will help in the stimulation of saliva and resulting in better appetite.
- Switching off TV well before bed time will help to sleep well because late night watching may cause disrupted sleep patterns. It is advisable to avoid watching TV while in sleeping bed.
10. Taking a bath before going to bed will help to relax the body because in order to sleep well your body temperature needs to drop and a good bath will relax you adequately all the way.
