Women are considered as the strongest species in this whole world. They secure the half of the population of a country as some times more than half. The present age is the era of women. They are becoming doctors, engineers, scientists, astrologers, professors and nurses. They are moving shoulder to shoulders along with the men. They are not less then anyone. They have proved their worth not in the houses but also in the market. They are not only professionally beyond but they are also a good mother, wife, daughter and sisters. Even in some fields women left the men behind.

They are proving themselves also in politics as they have guts to work for the country. Some of them are working as social workers. In the past, before the arrival of Islam, women were treated in a very cruel manner. They were not even accepted by the parents. They feel ashamed of having a daughter. The girls were buried alive. They were limited to the four walls of house. But after the arrival of Islam, the dignity and grace of the women was restored. They were given their proper and respectable place in society as well as in heritage. They were given a wide space for their constructive and social activities. Now women are playing a significant role in the development of the country. They are doing really positive activities toward the welfare of the society.

So if we want to see our country progressing by leaps and bounds then we should get rid of all kinds of conservative thinking, and accepted the reality of today that women are the essential part of our society and they should work shoulder to shoulders with men in order to get superior results.
