Keep children busy
During holidays children should be asking for so many things and they can’t decide for themselves what to do. Playing games is not a full time job they need to do more all the time. If they are not engaged to an activity which is productive they may waste their time and energy. Most of children love to work with their hands and try to make pretty and practical things along with the colors and cards. Provide them full help they need but don’t let them know doing it fully, left a plenty of work to done by their own thinking. Let them applying their own techniques to prepare a violet or purple card with butterfly’s stickers. In this way they will stir their imaginations and try to build the things according to their likes and dislikes. The children should be instructed rather don’t try to instruct them in a hard or harsh way. Their imaginations would be providing them a way to work accordingly because they can’t be a master of work at this early stage.
Provide your kids with scraps of patterned paper that are not needed any way. Encourage them to work according to their own designs of backgrounds for their lay outs to stick the scraps along with the patterns.
Give them child friendly scissors, glue, pens and paints etc., provide the stickers they like not the stickers you like.
Try to enhance their personal skills rather imposing a strict design of your own imaginations.
Stickers showing family members would be pasted allowing them to show their own taste of likes and dislikes as well.
Mini albums should be developed by the children expressing their own style to paste the photographs.
Just by doing little imaginative work they will enjoy their holidays and spare time because the sense of achievement would make them satisfied all the way.
